Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: 

All U.S. orders have Free Shipping for our baseline shipping times. After an order is placed, it takes 2-5 days for printing of the product (handling time), and then 2-5 days to ship (transit time). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and may require longer than usual wait times depending on seasonal volumes.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee that your request will be accommodated once an order is processed. Thank you for your understanding!

You should be receiving email updates about your order, including emails about shipping times, tracking numbers, etc. These emails will come to the email address you used at checkout. If you are not receiving these emails, please check your spam and add our email to your address book.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit or delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

 

International Shipping:

For orders made outside of the U.S. shipping rates and timing may vary. There may be additional customs and duties charged to the customer. Light Your Home is not responsible for any custom or duties taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed before, during, or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged Products:

If your product comes damaged in any way, please reach out to us at info@stillandtrue.com and we will send you a new one free of charge.
